We achieve the highest possible sale price in the shortest amount of time. Advertising is essential and often quite short (1 - 2 months). Contacting every interested party and bringing them to your sale through our web sites, paper ads and flyers (directly to your neighbours so no one is missed).

Real Estate Agents are invited to attend with a potential buyer and, if successful in purchasing, will be paid a referral fee.

Auction Day all of the interested parties will attend the sale and bid competitively for your property by public auction. The sale is not over until the highest possible amount is achieved. Everyone has equal opportunity to bid on parcels, combinations and as a whole.

We take as much time as it takes to achieve the highest price and to give everyone plenty of time to decide. (buying property is a major decision).

Our professional staff is there to assist one on one all potential buyers before, during and after the sale.
